Return Eligibility

Eyewear, Contact Lenses, and Cleaners:

- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Eye Care Accessories Products:

- Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Return Process

Initiating a Return:

1. Log in to your CircleKart account and navigate to the "Order History" section.

2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click on the "Return Items" button.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.

Return Confirmation:

- Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.

Shipping the Return:

- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

- Ship the item to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

Refund Process

Inspection:

- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

Refund Issued:

- If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Exceptions

- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale cannot be returned.

- Personalized and custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
